ABOUT 

Nadja is Chair of the Swarovski Foundation, which she established in 2013, and which aims to foster culture and creativity, promote human empowerment and preserve the environment. Nadja was the first female on Swarovski's Executive Board, responsible for Branding, Brand Licensing & Sustainability. Her creation of the luxury brand Atelier Swarovski and collaborations with talent enabled her to increase Swarovski’s brand awareness inadvertently becoming a major patron of the creative industries.
